Revitalises hair and strengthens nails. Contains Horsetail (a natural form of Silica) and other essential nutrients to enhance the appearance and growth of healthy hair and strong nails. The recommended adult daily dose of Vitamin A from all sources is 2500IU.
Ingredients (per tablet):
Extract Equiv. Equisetum Arvense Dry Stem 1000mg (providing Silica 15mg), Calcium (as Amino Acid Chelate) 50mg, Zinc (as Amino Acid Chelate) 6mg, Retinyl Acetate 344mcg, (Vit. A 1000IU), Kelp Powder 200mg in a base of Spirulina, Tabletting Aids.
NO Wheat, Gluten, Milk Derivatives, Yeast, Corn, Starch, Colour, Flavour or Preservatives.
Warning: Taking more that 2500IU of Vitamin A per day during pregnancy may cause birth defects. Vitamins can only be of assistance if the dietary vitamin intake in inadequate.
