Per 2 capsules: High DHA Fish oil from anchovy, sardine and mackerel 1000mg (500mg per capsule), gelatin capsule (gelatin, glycerin, water, caramel, colour), Natural flavouring, Antioxidants (extract of rosemary [Rosmarinus officinalis] Ascorbyl palmitate, Ascorbic acid, d-alpha tocopherol), Bulking agents (Soy Lecithin, Sunflower lecithin).
Free of mercury, lead and PCB's. Dairy and gluten free.
Directions:
Adults: Take 2 capsules per day with food.
Children over 2 years: Take 1 capsule daily with food.
